The Meraki Network Mapper uses OpenID authentication, so to add your Meraki network points, you'll need to have an OpenID. Once you are logged in, click on the "View/Add" link add your Public.Meraki.API url.
To get the Public.Meraki.API url, login to your meraki dashboard, click configure then advanced. set public api to most or all. Then click "What is this?" - the API URL is there. Then save you changes.
